In the third spot, we have Funga — a project that is scheduled to go live much sooner than the previous two. The public sale is scheduled to take place on May 31st of this year, so about a month and a half from the time of writing. The art pieces are quite unique too, and really like nothing we have seen so far. They feature beautifully designed images of sentient mushrooms, all with eyes, some facial features, and even clothes on their humanoid bodies.
The project’s developers seem to be quite impressed by the variety of mushrooms, noting that some are great on pizza, others make excellent vegan leather, while some can make you “see God,” or even kill you if you ingest them. While there are over 10,000 mushrooms out there in the world, the NFT collection will only feature 7,500 pieces. But, while the project sees mushrooms as the key to a healthy planet, we see the project as an extremely interesting collection worth noting, and potentially buying.
4. Ex Paradiso
Halfway down the list, we have an NFT project called Ex Paradiso. This is a project that is building a story-driven ecosystem of NFT collections, where each one will have its own distinctive, but still rather interesting narrative. Each of these collections will eventually reach the metaverse geared towards the various arts, including music, fashion, entertainment, and more.
Furthermore, Ex Paradiso will be only the first collection that EX PARADISO LABS ecosystem will publish. The collection will offer 9999 NFTs built on Ethereum’s blockchain, and they will act as the owners’ ticket into the world of exclusive experiences.
The public sale of this collection is scheduled to take place on June 17th this year, although the price per NFT has not yet been published.
5. Space Dudes
Humanity has had an obsession with space throughout its existence. From the first time we started thinking about the stars to the current plans of traveling to Mars. Given the fact that the interest in space has been re-sparked these last few decades, a project called Space Dudes featuring unique, randomly generated astronauts is not that surprising.
However, these astronauts’ dreams are much bigger than Mars, as they plan to launch the first space voyage that will carry humanity beyond our own galaxy. Furthermore, when this collection sells out, the project will start working on the second collection, which will be airdropped to all Space Dudes owners.
Space Dudes will feature 10,000 unique NFTs, and the public sale is scheduled for May 29th, when each NFT will be available to collectors for 0.07 ETH per piece.
6. HellDog NFT
The dog is considered to be a man’s best friend, and so there is no reason why the HellDog NFT wouldn’t become at least one of the best NFT collections to get engaged with. This is also an Ethereum-based project that will offer a total of 888 hand-drawn HellDogs, designed by Jessica Liu.
However, this is a lot more than just an awesome-looking NFT. It is a start of an ecosystem comprised of interactivity and utility. Basically, by buying the tokens, you become a member of the community and gain the right to receive rewards, collaborate with artists, brands, and much more.
The project is scheduled to hold a public sale on May 3rd, when the NFTs will become available for the price of 0.08 ETH.

Nearing the end of the list, we have DegenSol — a project inspired by a popular anime Dregon Ball, or, more precisely, its main character — Goku. Standing in his typical powering-up stance, Goku comes with different skin colors, hair colors, backgrounds, and outfits. In total, there are 4444 NFTs that will be available during a pre-sale and public sale, both of which will take place on May 17th. During the pre-sale, however, the price will be only 1 SOL per piece, while the public sale will see a slightly higher price of 1.25 SOL per each NFT.
However, by purchasing these NFTs, you will not only become the owner of the artwork featuring a beloved and iconic anime character, but also you will become eligible to share in the project’s profits. There are 2,000 common NFTs in this collection, and 1,200 uncommon. 800 are considered rare, 440 are epic, and 4 have legendary status.
8. Reptilian Kingdom
Last, but not least, we have the Reptilian Kingdom, for the fans of the cold-blooded denizens of our world. Another Solana-based project, Reptilian Kingdom will offer 6666 unique, randomly generated art pieces. The NFTs will become available during the public sale on April 30th, when each of them will be available for 0.79 SOL per piece.
There is a total of 150 traits, including some incredibly rare traits that can be found on only a handful of NFTs.
The collection was inspired by a popular conspiracy theory that says that there are lizard-men living among us, and while the theory is quite out there, the NFT collection is an entertaining nod towards that, featuring an interesting backstory. The backstory says that Reptillians are extraterrestrials who set out on a journey to conquer the universe, but their ship crashed on Earth, and they were forced to change shape in order to blend in with the humans. It has been 2,000 years since then, and it is now time to reveal themselves and continue their mission from so long ago.
In other words, those who buy these NFTs will gain club membership that will see a number of benefits that will increase over time. Plus, of course, they will become owners of the awesome artwork that they will be able to call their own.
